Services

WeInculcate provides educational workshops in nutrition, fitness, digital literacy, financial literacy, basics of AI, entrepreneurship, innovation, and personal management.
Workshops are delivered in collaboration with schools, educational organisations, and clubs.

Registration & Fees

Students must register via our official website or through their school/organisation.
We charge a fee for each workshop to cover the cost of delivering it at your school. The fee may vary depending on factors like the number of students, the city, and travel or setup expenses. This helps us keep the workshops accessible while ensuring we can provide quality instructors and learning materials.
Fees must be paid in full before participation.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of workshop cancellation by WeInculcate or genuine emergencies, which will be considered at our discretion (see Refund & Cancellation Policy)

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by WeInculcate: 100% refund within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation by Participant:
- 7 days before workshop → 90% refund.
- 3–6 days before workshop → 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before workshop / Non-Attendance: No refund. Cancellations in both the cases are normally non-refundable. However, in genuine emergencies, WeInculcate may consider partial or full refunds at its discretion.
Substitution: Another eligible student may replace the registered participant (at least 48 hours before the workshop).
Payment Issues: Verified double payments or technical errors → refund within 7–10 business days.
Exceptional Cases: Medical or school-wide emergencies may be considered at WeInculcate’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, presentations, materials, and resources are the exclusive property of WeInculcate.
Students and schools may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without written consent.

Instructor Responsibility

Instructors are employees or representatives of WeInculcate.
We ensure qualified facilitators deliver the sessions.

Code Of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during workshops.
Misconduct may result in removal from the session without refund.

Limitation Of Liability

We take all reasonable measures to ensure smooth delivery of our workshops and the safety of personal information. However, WeInculcate cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our reasonable control, such as internet outages, third-party technical failures, or external security breaches.
WeInculcate is not responsible for any loss of data or unauthorised use of personal information due to external hacking.
Our liability is limited to the workshop fees paid.
