Dr. Susmita Mondal
Co-Founder | Operations & Program Delivery Lead

Dr. Susmita Mondal holds an M.Tech and Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur and brings strong academic depth combined with hands-on execution to WeInculcate.
With a background in nutraceuticals and biotechnology, she has designed and delivered experiential, real-world learning programs for students from Classes 6 to 12, covering nutrition and fitness, financial literacy, digital literacy, AI fundamentals, entrepreneurship, and mental fitness.
At WeInculcate, she leads operations, program execution, and workshop delivery, ensuring seamless implementation—from curriculum planning and facilitator coordination to classroom experience and learning outcomes. Her focus is on making learning practical, consistent, and impactful at scale.

Shashank Garg
Co-Founder | Strategy, Partnerships & Technology Lead

Shashank Garg holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and brings deep expertise in strategy, technology, and education-focused digital solutions.
He is the Founder & CEO of Vcriate Internet Services Pvt. Ltd., an assessment content creation and IT consulting company working at the intersection of technology, evaluation, and learning systems. His experience includes building scalable platforms, leading cross-functional teams, and working closely with institutions to design effective assessment and learning solutions.
At WeInculcate, Shashank drives strategy, partnerships, technology integration, and long-term growth, ensuring that programs align with school ecosystems, leverage the right digital tools, and scale sustainably without compromising learning quality.
